Please be advised that a penalty of 20% will apply if you cancel your reservation or if you do not use the rental (No Show). 

This penalty will also take effect in case the primary renter does not meet the following rental requirements at pick-up time:

• Valid Driver’s License with an expedition date greater than a year, must be under the reservation holder’s name (International Driver’s Permit where requested).
• Credit Card under the reservation holder’s name with sufficient funds to cover the guarantee deposit.
• Passport
• Flight Tickets (Round-trip).
• Minimum Age: The reservation holder (Main Driver) and any additional drivers included on the rental must be at least 25 years old.
  Some rental agencies allow underage drivers (Under 25) by accepting an underage surcharge which must be paid directly at the counter.

1. If you cancel your reservation up to one (1) hour before the pickup time, a 20% penalty will be applied to the prepaid amount.
2. If you cancel within 60 minutes prior to the pickup time recorded in your reservation, a 100% penalty will be applied to the prepaid amount.
3. If you cancel after the pickup date and time recorded in your reservation, a 100% penalty will be applied to the prepaid amount.
4. If the reservation is not used or the rental requirements are not meet at the counter, a penalty of 100% will be applied over the prepaid value.
